The study seminar "Cognitive processes and jurisdictional cognition" held on December 13, 2019 at the University of Cassino and southern Lazio, saw eminent scholars discuss, from different angles, on topics of absolute importance in the panorama of legal studies. The happy intuition of triggering the debate on the impact of new technologies on the fate of the legal universe, finds its fullness of purpose already in the preface by Antonio Punzi who masterfully chaired the Seminar of Studies. In his introductory speech, Fulvio Pastore, highlighted topics such as dialogue and language, decision making and motivation, case law and qualification schemes, within the broad framework of constitutional jurisprudence that recalls the competences of scientists in the sign of the hermeneutical challenge that cannot be postponed.Downloads
