Abstract

This article describes a research carried out in an oncology ward of a hospital in Northern Argentina. The research involved survivors with breast cancer who perform follow-up checks at 1-2-3-4- and 5 years. Twenty focused narrative interviews were collected in this public hospital hosting economically disadvantaged people without social security. The textual materials collected were analyzed by Atlas.ti software.

She has carried out research in the field of Women’s associations and in the planning of services to support women’s well-being.
