Abstract

The study aims to elucidate the ways in which School Principals contribute to the establishment of digital learning environments. In a time marked by numerous funding opportunities and the ongoing transition towards the digitization of teaching and learning processes, the Principal is tasked with overseeing the financial and administrative aspects of equipment renewal and expansion. Moreover, in alignment with the support staff and the College of Teachers, the Principal must manage the pedagogical and didactic objectives that should guide the allocation and utilization of instrumental funds. Consequently, the inquiry examines how school principals navigate this dual role and perceive their own self-efficacy. To address these questions, a questionnaire was administered to several School Principals operating throughout the national territory.
