Abstract

While the legislator swings between the extremes of uncritical self-defense and unconditional surrender, the Judiciary refines legal categories to grasp the peculiarity of politics in elective assemblies. Drafting the parliamentarian deontologic codes, under these principles, would be useful to clarify the relationship between economy, legislation, interest groups and decision-making transparency.
