The turning point of regional differentiation processes consists in both quantifying the necessary resources to finance the regions’ greater areas of autonomy and identifying their funding arrangements.
Starting from the correlation between the principles of “fiscal federalism” implementation and the differentiated autonomy process, this paper is aimed at finding a balance between differentiation reasons and solidarity among regions, in order to identify which contents of Article 119 of the Constitution integrate basis or limits on differentiated regionalism.
