Abstract

This paper aims to address the issue of sustainable finance and of the Taxonomy Regulation, focusing on the connections between it and the reg. (EU) 241/2021. The analysis will also focus on the DNSH principle and the role it plays within the implementation of the national PNRR; finally examining the most recent regulatory innovations that have invested the taxonomic regime
