Abstract

This paper focused on the public debate framework, according to recent multilevel legislative innovations. It has been examined the latest news of the implementation phase, with the birth of the National commission for the public debate and its recommendations nn. 1 and 2, according to PNRR. It analyzes some specific details of the critical relationship between national and regional law. To sum up, after dealing about positive effects of the improvement of the public debate, some procedural and processual aspects have been highlighted, whereas the law seems incomplete and, on the other hand, we cannot find relevant jurisprudential interventions, since the practical execution of the public debate is too scanty.
