The study reflects on the impact that, if approved by referendum, the constitutional review that reduces parliamentarians will produce both on the form of state, in relation to the degree of representativeness of citizens, and on the form of government, considering that Parliament, in the design of the Founder fathers, it was conceived as the structural and functional engine of the other constitutional bodies.
