Abstract

On 16th September 2014, the European Parliament and Commission signed an
Interinstitutional Agreement establishing the «transparency register for organisations and
self- employed individuals engaged in EU policy-making and policyimplementation»
replacing the previous Act signed in 2011. The purpose of this study is to report the highlights introduced by the new Agreement, followed by some concluding remarks.
