Abstract

The author discusses the didactic potential for university courses of an anthology of medieval legal texts: an opportunity to underscore the prismatic nature of the legal system in Italy during the 13th-15th centuries, opening up a wealth of perspectives and fostering the dialogue between “history” and “legal history”.
