Abstract

We publish here the minutes of two meetings of the Great Council of the city of Verona, held in June and September 1367. Each minute includes a list of the names of the members of the Council (867 in the first minute and 742 in the second). The first part of the essay provides the required archival and diplomatistic information. These same documents are studied from the point of view of the social and political history in the essay by the same author The Great Council of the town of Verona in 1367, in Venice and the Veneto during the Renaissance: the Legacy of Benjamin Kohl, edited by M. Knapton, J.E. Law and A. Smith (< www.ebook.retimedievali.it >).
