Abstract

The articles included in this issue, which completes the 2021 edition, confirm the validity of the scientific project of "Eikonocity", which proposes multidisciplinarity as the key to interpreting the historical iconographic representation of urban landscapes. The interweaving of approaches and methodologies elaborated in different disciplinary fields legitimises the use of types of sources that specialist knowledge does not always allow.
