Abstract

The aim of this work is to develop an analysis on the specific subject of the direct election of the President of the Republic in three European legal orders, Austria, France and Portugal, also and above all with reference to an area of electoral legislation that is often not the subject of analysis, with particular regard to a monocratic body, such as that legislation that is known as the contour legislation
