The Disciplinary Section of the Superior Council of the Judiciary in the Light of the Cartabia Reform

Abstract

The contribution examines the disciplinary section of the C.S.M., describing its origin, the controversial nature, the relative procedure and functioning, not omitting the critical issues, also in consideration of the Cartabia reform. On this occasion, the proposals to amend the Constitution are analysed, which provide for the establishment of a «High Court» to judge the disciplinary responsibility of all the ordinary and special judiciary
