Abstract

The paper analyzes the relationship between the Constitution and EU Charter of fundamental rights based on the recent jurisprudence of Constitutional Court. The examination is conducted both by focusing on the reasons used by the Council to ensure the prevalence of the fundamental text over the conventional dictation and by taking into account the progress of the European integration process.
