Abstract

The new Law on Living will regulate the advance directives for health treatment, the informed consent the Advance Health Care planning. The advance directives are not only wishes; they are legally binding as far as they must be observed by the medical personnel unless they are evaluated incongruous or actual and must be expressed in special written form. The physician can not deny interrupting the medical treatment according to the Will of the patient, as the law does not allow the conscientious objection oh the medical personnel.
