Preface

Abstract

The Seminar on "Cognitive Processes and Jurisdictional Cognition", thanks to the deep and important contributions given by the speakers to move from their respective scientific areas of reference, represents a happy occasion to reflect on the extent and the ways in which the age of digital machines is changing the cognitive and decision-making processes of the jurist.
In the writer's opinion, such a change is taking place in a very peculiar way, bringing out - almost maieutically - something that is specific to the logos of jurisprudence itself.
