Profili di coordinamento tra l'attestazione di qualificazione e l'informativa antimafia: tendenze ermeneutiche e prospettive future

Abstract

The lack of coordination between the public procurement code and anti-mafia law gave rise to many contradictory and differing solutions in judgments and doctrine, but the Procurement Code of 2016 will try to solve this gap. This paper analyzes the relations between the qualification certificate, issued by SOA, and the antimafia measures in relation to the partecipation in public tenders.
