Abstract

The essay, starting from the Manifesto of Inclusion and Diversity of Fashion, intends to address the concept of fashion in its ambivalence and complexity, in particular  the focus is on inclusion and exclusion social processes that fashion determines within a group of young people.

Author Biography

Antonio Elefante, Università degli studi di Salerno

Antonio Elefante is technician at the Department of Humanities of the University of Salerno. Bibliography expert, he contributed to the publication of the General Index Volumes I-XXVIII of the journal «Misure critiche»; he edited the Ten Years Index of the Journal «Sinestesie»; the Latin Fable Bibliography (A-L) and the Fashion Bibliography that will be published on the OGEPO website of the University of Salerno. He has published some essays on fashion and on Italian migration: Fashion and its word: routes through the libraries of a university campus; Notes on the migratory phenomenon in Campania; From Campania to Belgium: migration from Cilento in the Second World War. For the seventh centenary of the death of Dante Alighieri, he is preparing a reasoned Bibliography 2000-2021 on the Supreme Poet.
