The following paper intends to read the French thinker Gilbert Simondon’s two doctoral theses, by putting them in relation to trace what the author of the research defines as a new philosophy of nature. This is a first step in a research that promises to be complex because of the profound relationships Simondon weaved with the major thinkers of his time, such as Maurice Merleau-Ponty, George Canguilhem and Norbert Wiener. The step taken in this contribution is to outline the lines of research by showing the strong link between technology and nature in Simondon’s thought.
