Abstract

In the present note to the sentence n. 232 of 2017 of the Constitutional Court is faced problem of the concept of the environment centred on its social dimension. It is pointed out, in particular, as in the assessment of the environmental impact, the presence of the subduableassessment can hold together the need to simplify the procedure with the weighting of the interests involved from the specific cases.
